Single Couples |
|
Every single day |
Upon the waves of the bay |
A new sunrise appears |
Sheeding away night's tears. |
The warmth of the light |
Awakens couples who have cuddled all night |
As well as those who are alone |
Not already awaken by the phone. |
|
The couples lounge around |
Unlike those who start with a bound |
Soon this commotion shall stop |
And the sun will once again drop. |
Yet another day has ended |
With love being defendd |
By couples hugging and kissing |
And others longing for what's misssing. |
